Deletion Of Account!

I am a 1win user and on 28/05/2026 I requested that my account be permanently closed and all of my personal data be deleted. I reached out through in‑app support and also via email to have my account removed. Despite these requests, my issue has not been resolved. Support keeps saying my case will be referred to a manager, but no manager has contacted me and my account and data remain active. This back‑and‑forth without any concrete action is causing me serious discomfort and loss of trust. I request that my 1win account be permanently closed without delay, that all of my personal data be completely deleted from your systems in line with data protection obligations, and that I receive confirmation once this process is completed.
