Fakir V4 Pure Clean Vacuum Fails to Clean and Spreads Dirty Water

From the very first day I purchased the Fakir V4 Pure Clean wet-dry cordless upright vacuum, the machine has been releasing dirty water back onto the floor while in use. Even though I tested the product under normal usage conditions, the dirty water flowing back onto the cleaned surface is unhygienic and makes the product unusable for its intended purpose.

Because of this issue, I contacted both Fakir and the authorized technical service. Fakir stated that a refund was absolutely not possible, while the technical service—despite clearly observing the problem—claimed that there was no manufacturing defect and said the issue occurred because the vacuum was used on a “dirty surface.” However, using this type of product on dirty surfaces is normal and expected, not a misuse. Despite this, my issue was left unresolved based on this justification.

Since the product has never been properly usable from the time of purchase, and the technical service has been unable to fix the issue, I have been left without any solution. I request that Fakir accept my return request for this defective product and issue a full refund.
