I Face Non-Working eSIM From Esim lo in France and No Real Support
Before my international trip, I purchased an eSIM from Esim lo for use in France. However, once I arrived, the eSIM did not work at all.
For an entire week, I stayed in contact with Esim lo’s support team via email. Instead of providing real help, they repeatedly asked me irrelevant questions and gave responses that felt like attempts to stall rather than solve the issue. Despite my repeated support requests, no actual solution was provided.
During my trip, I urgently needed internet access, but the non-functional eSIM caused significant disruptions. I could not communicate in critical situations, especially in areas without Wi-Fi. Even though I sent them my phone settings multiple times, they offered nothing more than excuses.
In the end, trusting Esim lo left me with serious frustration and regret. The eSIM I purchased was unusable, and the lack of real customer support only made the situation worse. I am requesting accountability and proper resolution so that no other customers experience the same level of disappointment.
