I Face Unusable eSIM and Lack of Customer Support on eSIM io
I purchased an eSIM package from eSIM io using my credit card before traveling abroad. Even though my phone is fully compatible with the application, I was never able to activate or use the eSIM service.
After experiencing this issue, I searched online for a contact number or customer support channel, but I could not find any reliable way to reach the company. This left me with no way to resolve the problem or request help.
I feel frustrated and misled because I paid for a service that I was unable to use at all. Since the eSIM never worked, I should not be required to pay for it. However, without any access to customer support, I am left without a solution or a refund process.
I am officially requesting a full refund for the unused eSIM and expect clear customer support contact details to be provided so that other users are not left in the same situation. Companies offering international mobile connectivity must ensure both functional service and accessible support when problems arise.
