If your eSIM io profile says it's loaded but you still can't get a signal when you get there, make sure that Data Roaming is turned on for that eSIM line in your phone's settings. Travel eSIMs depend on roaming even when they're not in the country.
Next, make sure that the eSIM, not your home SIM, is chosen as your mobile data source.
After that, restart your device. If there are still no signal bars, try choosing a local carrier network by hand instead of using automatic mode.
Check that your device is unlocked and can use eSIMs. Also, make sure that the country you're going to is covered by your plan according to eSIM io's coverage list.
If these steps don't fix the problem, contact their support with your device brand, ICCID, and location so they can re-provision the activation.
If the issue persists, share your experience and consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
