I Face eSIM Activation Failure and Refund Delay on Esimio
About 10 days ago, during my trip to France, I purchased an eSIM package through the Esimio mobile app. Unfortunately, the activation process never worked, and I was unable to use the eSIM at all throughout my stay.
I contacted the provider via email support in an attempt to resolve the issue, but they failed to offer any solution. When I requested a refund, the only response I received was: “We will get back to you.” Since then, the process has been dragged out without any concrete action or refund being issued.
Now that I have returned to Turkey, I no longer need the service. The payment was made via credit card, but I cannot currently access the order number due to access restrictions from Turkey.
I am requesting that Esimio process my full refund immediately for the unused service and close this matter without further delay. Customers should not be forced to chase after refunds for services that were never activated or delivered.
