I Face Non-Working eSIM IO $14 Package in France Despite Active Plan

I purchased a $14 package from eSIM IO, but once I traveled abroad, the service did not work at all. I ended up paying nearly ₺800 and still could not use the internet in France, even though my package showed as active.

This caused significant inconvenience during my trip, leaving me without reliable connectivity when I needed it most. I strongly regret trusting this service.

I do not recommend eSIM IO to anyone. If you are traveling abroad, it is far better to buy a local SIM card at the airport instead of dealing with these kinds of problems.

I request accountability and a refund for the money I wasted on a package that never worked.
