I purchased an eSIM from Holafly for my trip to Spain, expecting seamless internet access during my stay. However, the eSIM never worked—not even once. I followed all the setup instructions carefully, but I couldn’t connect to any network. I attempted to delete and reinstall the eSIM, hoping that might solve the issue, but the reinstallation failed as well.
I reached out to Holafly multiple times asking for support and a refund, but no one has responded. They took my money, yet provided no functioning service and no way to contact a real person. There’s no phone support and their automated channels are completely unhelpful.
This has been extremely frustrating. I paid for a product that I couldn’t use at all, and I’m now stuck without internet and without a refund. I demand that Holafly either issue a full refund or provide a working replacement immediately. This kind of service is unacceptable—especially for travelers who rely on connectivity abroad.
