I bought an international eSIM data plan from Holafly for my recent vacation abroad. I followed all the setup instructions exactly and installed the eSIM properly on my phone. However, the internet either didn’t connect at all or briefly showed LTE for a few seconds before dropping again. I needed a reliable internet connection during my trip, and this issue caused me significant inconvenience and stress.
I reached out to Holafly’s customer support hoping for help. Their only advice was to “delete the eSIM and restart the phone.” That didn’t solve anything. When I messaged them again for further help, I received no response. I tried contacting two different support agents—neither of them replied.
Since the service never worked, I requested a refund. But even that request has been ignored. I paid for a product that failed entirely and received zero support in return. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I demand a full refund and immediate action from Holafly to make this right.
