I bought a plane ticket from eDreams company. I requested an invoice but they did not send it. I have sent many e-mails or made a request from the application. The system responds either "there is a technical fault" or "your invoice will be sent within 72 hours". None of these happen. It's like they put these messages in there to keep us waiting, no results. Every time, customer service responded to all my e-mails by the robotic same answer. It was very important for me to receive an invoice, but it is not sent. I have been doing this request for 1 month but no results... As the customer shouldn't I be able to acquire invoices whenever I want? If this is a trade, I am a part of it!!
