eDreams Cancelled Flight & Missing Refund Issue

Dear Xolvie Support Team and eDreams, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I encountered with a recent flight reservation made through eDreams. On April 14, 2024, I purchased a flight ticket from Sevilla to Frankfurt for April 17, 2024, through eDreams. To my surprise, I received an email from eDreams stating that my reservation had been canceled, with no clear explanation provided. The email assured me of a refund, but unfortunately, no specific reason for the cancellation was given. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I promptly contacted eDreams customer service. However, it took an extensive 31 minutes before I was able to connect with a representative. During the call, I was informed that there was no clear understanding as to why my reservation was canceled, but I was assured once again that a refund would be processed within 72 hours. Regrettably, the 72-hour period elapsed without any refund being issued. Concerned by the lack of progress, I reached out to my bank to inquire about the status of the refund. Disappointingly, they confirmed that no refund request had been initiated or received from eDreams. As a valued customer, I am deeply dissatisfied with the handling of this matter and the lack of transparency regarding the cancellation and refund process. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly and ensuring that the refund of 10,868.25 TL is processed without further delay.
