eDreams Failed to Provide Flight Ticket and Invoice After 5,000 TL Payment
On September 19, I purchased a flight ticket worth approximately ₺5,000 through eDreams using my credit card. During the payment process, the confirmation screen and ticket details appeared, which led me to believe the purchase was completed successfully. However, after the transaction, I never received any email confirmation, ticket information, or invoice from eDreams.
I attempted to contact the company through the communication channels listed on their website, but I received no response at all. It is also impossible to reach their customer service or find a valid phone number to speak with a representative. At this moment, I have no access to my flight details, and I cannot find anyone from the company to resolve the issue.
I demand that eDreams urgently provide my ticket details and official invoice without further delay. Leaving a customer without documentation after charging such a significant amount is unacceptable and unprofessional.
