eDreams Fails to Send Invoice for Antalya-Paris Flight
On October 12, 2024, I booked a flight from Antalya to Paris (flight number PC5037) with reservation number 19394157179 through eDreams. During the booking process, I provided all necessary information for an invoice, yet I have not received it. On October 30, I submitted another request for the invoice via the "Manage My Trips" section on eDreams’ website, but I have still received no response. When I attempt to make another request, I’m met with a "your invoice request is being processed" message, which prevents further action. The help section only provides automated responses that loop me back to the same steps, and the customer service line (08503902912) is perpetually unreachable. I urgently need this invoice for official purposes and demand immediate assistance from eDreams to resolve this issue and send my invoice.
