ebebek Sent Me the Wrong Crib and Refused to Help With the Replacement

We went to the ebebek store to buy a crib for my daughter. We found one we liked and purchased it. However, the company first sent us the wrong crib. Since the crib is wooden and we needed to wait until my daughter's room renovation was complete, we did not open the box until closer to her birth. When we finally opened it, we realized it was the wrong crib. We contacted the store, but they acted as if it was not their problem and said the mistake was on the supplier. We had to go to the store in person, and they told us to bring the crib back so they could give us the correct one from their warehouse. The crib is incredibly heavy, yet they made us carry it ourselves. Just days before giving birth, I had to package and move this huge wooden crib, which caused me to start bleeding. The stress and frustration only added to the ordeal. To make matters worse, the crib we originally ordered was no longer available, so they just gave us a different color without asking. The entire process of getting the crib to our home was chaotic and filled with hardship. Now, a part of the crib is broken—the screw hole, which is not something I could have broken on my own, as it is the interior part where the screw goes in. We went back to the store, and they just gave us a contact number and told us to handle it directly with the crib's brand. When we called, the person on the phone was incredibly rude and even hung up on us. The store told us to send an email, which we did, but still no response. I am beyond frustrated. This is not just poor service; it feels like they are deliberately ignoring us. I plan to file complaints with Presidential Communication Center and take legal action because it feels like a joke. I do not want this crib anymore—it has been nothing but a headache since the day I bought it. Trying to explain the problem calmly has gotten me nowhere. I will file a complaint with every possible authority. More than the crib brand, it was Ebebek who took my money, and they should have been the ones to address the issue.
