EasyJet Airlines Charges For Carry-On Baggage As Well

I bought tickets weeks in advance for the 06:35 flight from Basel to Mallorca on September 28th. I reserved an eight-night hotel stay and rented a car. We're a group of three, with two tiny carry-on bags weighing 8 kilograms apiece and one large 20-kilogram luggage. Despite having paid for the huge luggage at check-in, they requested an extra €48. Even though we told them we had stated and paid for the huge suitcase when we bought the tickets, we were still charged €48. After our tickets were approved, we walked towards the plane with two little bags. Just before boarding, they demanded an extra €72 for one of the tiny bags. Despite paying €72, we were denied boarding the plane with my family after I smashed my palm on the table during the confrontation with the attendant. Everything went to waste, even the vacation and the paid hotel stay. I recorded a video of the staff's actions. They phoned the cops. If my behavior had been truly unsuitable for boarding, the police would have had to arrest me and pursue legal action against me. The cops said that was the staff's decision and there was nothing they could do. They graciously guided me to the conveyor line where I could get my 20-kilogram suitcase before leaving the airport. I intend to pursue legal action in this situation.
