EasyJet Charged Extra Fees and Delayed Flight
We booked a flight with EasyJet from Milan to Kos, but I accidentally entered my name twice during check-in instead of my spouse’s. This mistake cost us a €70 penalty. On top of that, our luggage didn’t fit in the control point, and we were charged €58 per bag. What’s worse than the fines was the way we were treated. The staff were rude and made us feel like we did something wrong, keeping us standing for hours while scolding us. To make matters worse, the flight was nearly an hour late, causing us to miss our ferry from Kos to Bodrum. We not only lost our ferry tickets, but we also had to pay for accommodation in Kos. I am requesting compensation for the financial losses we incurred and the poor treatment we received.
