EasyJet Charged Me 48 Euros for Standard Cabin Bag
On December 24th, I flew with EasyJet from Antalya to Basel. At check-in, I presented my cabin bag, which met standard size requirements. The check-in agent attached a tag and issued my boarding pass without any issues.
However, just a few steps away from the counter, another staff member claimed my bag did not meet size requirements due to its wheels, stating I had to pay 48 euros. I protested and asked them to allow my bag on the flight since the check-in was already processed, but they refused to reconsider, forcing me to pay the fee.
This was my first time flying with EasyJet. While the aircraft and crew were excellent, this incident felt unfair and unnecessary. I urge EasyJet to review this matter and refund the fee. M***** A**.
