FamRadar Subscription Won't Cancel – No Unsubscribe Option or Support

I subscribed to the FamRadar application via their website, and since May 2 I have been billed as part of a recurring subscription. I want to cancel this subscription, but I cannot find any clear option or instructions on their site to unsubscribe, which makes the situation very frustrating. In addition to the difficulty in cancelling, I cannot find any contact information or accessible customer service to request cancellation, which leaves me blocked with a recurring debit that I no longer want to maintain. I find it unacceptable that an online subscription can be activated so easily but that cancelling it is so complicated. I request the immediate cancellation of my FamRadar subscription taken via their website and the confirmation of this cancellation by email so that I no longer have any further debits.
