Dyson Airwrap Return Delayed—Still No Refund After Sending It Back

I purchased a Dyson Airwrap from Dyson Türkiye, but after receiving it, I decided to return it the very next day. I followed the proper process, and the package was successfully delivered back to Dyson. However, when I contacted customer service, I was told that my return was placed in a queue for inspection. But why? Isn’t Dyson supposed to offer a no-questions-asked return policy?

I’ve seen many other complaints about delayed or incomplete refunds, and I sincerely hope I don’t face the same issue. Your official website states that refunds are processed within 2-6 business days, so I will wait until Friday. If I don’t receive my refund by then, I will escalate this to the Consumer Arbitration Board and take legal action for the inconvenience caused.
