Lost My BC.Game Account Due To Verification Method And I Want To Reverify
I have been unable to access my BC Game account through the Android app for more than eight months. Whenever I try to log in, it always shows the message “temporary unavailable” and does not allow me to sign in on my own device or on any other device. Before this problem started, I was able to log in successfully and use my account normally. I am accessing BC Game from India. At the time I lost access, I had approximately 5,000 rupees balance in my account and bonuses of more than 8 lakh, which I cannot use or withdraw because I cannot log in. During this period I have tried every basic troubleshooting step I can, including reinstalling the Android app, clearing cache, trying different internet connections and devices, but nothing has solved the problem and the same error continues. I request that my BC Game account be opened again so that I can access it normally and continue playing, and that my existing balance and bonuses remain available on the account. I kindly ask you to review this login restriction urgently and inform me of the reason and the solution.
