Umingle Account Banned for Wrong Under-18 Age Detection

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was suddenly banned around 3 May 2026 due to the system claiming I am under 18. I am actually 20 years old and therefore meet the age requirement to use the platform. My account was being used from India and it was completely free to use, with no paid subscriptions or purchases. I have not yet been able to resolve this, and the ban appears to be based on an incorrect assessment of my age. I request that my Umingle account be reactivated as soon as possible and that my age information be reviewed correctly. I am willing to provide valid proof of my age if necessary so that my access to the platform can be restored.
