Dyson V15 Carpet Head Repair Failure And Two-Year Wait For Replacement

I purchased a V15 from the Dyson Turkey website. On February 6, 2024, the screws inside the plastic parts on the sides of my carpet cleaning head broke, so it was sent in for replacement—but the service fixed it in the worst possible way, simply gluing it. Two days after it was returned, the glue came unstuck. From then until July 23, 2025, we have still been waiting for the stock to be replenished. A month ago, the vacuum head stopped working altogether, and again, I’ve been waiting for stock updates for a month. Even though I call every week to ask, they only say “thank you for your patience” and tell me to wait. Hasn’t this part come to Turkey in nearly two years? If it has, why haven’t I had my turn in two years? What is this if not shameful? With their responses, I hereby notify you that I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

Despite regularly calling Dyson, I have not received any response. I will apply to Consumer Rights during the day.

First of all, I would like to inform you that I have applied to Consumer Rights. Your representative called and repeated the same things that have been said over and over again for almost 2 years. 'We will assist you as soon as possible.' I am very curious about what your defense will be in court. I am tired of your promises.
