We purchased the Dyson V15 DT TC Model from Dyson Turkey on 02.12.2023. During product cleaning, the dust chamber connection broke. The images of the relevant part are attached. The fact that the part becomes like this when you want to clean it seems to indicate that Dyson is not of the same quality as before. A meeting was held with Dyson customer services on 07.03.2024. We were informed that the spare part would be shipped to us on this date, but no information was given about cargo tracking or estimated delivery time. When contacted again the following week, I was informed that the product had come from abroad and was not in Turkish stock. Although there is no public holiday abroad for the relevant product, it seems that the product, which should arrive within 4-6 weeks, is still out of stock and no clear information is given about the delivery date, even though 7 weeks have passed. When we wanted to make a complaint request due to non-compliance with the obligation to supply spare parts in accordance with consumer law, we were only advised to be patient, but it seems that our complaint request was not recorded in writing and was ignored. We still have no idea when the spare part will arrive and we cannot use the product right now. Based on this, I would like to state that legal action will be taken against Dyson Türkiye for not providing spare parts support.

On 29.04.2024, Mr. Ali was contacted. Information about the process was provided again, and Mr. Ali stated that the issue would be forwarded to a higher unit. It was reiterated that the spare part was purchased from Dyson Turkey and was not sent under warranty. It was again declared that Dyson Turkey did not fulfill its responsibilities. A response from the higher unit regarding the process is awaited. If no response is received this week, it was stated that legal proceedings would be initiated for the spare part I purchased, which was promised to be sent under warranty. A response from Dyson Turkey is awaited.

The replacement part, which was indicated as out of stock, was purchased from Dyson Turkey by paying the fee. Thus, it has been revealed that Dyson Turkey misled its customer regarding the replacement part it committed to send under warranty. The issue will be resolved legally through the necessary authorities.

After long efforts, I ended up with both the container I purchased and the one sent under warranty. It has been confirmed that Dyson Turkey fulfilled its responsibility belatedly.
