Dyson V10 Motorbar Head Replacement Delay

Hello, in the first week of January, I took my Dyson V10 device to the service center due to a malfunction. A few days later, I received information that my device was repaired. When I picked up my device, they informed me that the motorbar cleaning head was faulty and would be replaced as a spare part. They said it would be delivered to my home within a maximum of 2 business days and charged around ₺4,000. It has been 2 months and I still have not received the spare part. Since January 17, 2024, I have repeatedly contacted them via email and customer service at different times, requesting the spare part due to the broken connection part of the motorbar cleaning head of the Dyson V10. However, each time I was told that the spare part was not in stock and I needed to wait. During this time, I could not actively use the machine, and I also conveyed that I was a victim of this situation. Now, my emails and support requests are not even being answered. It is very disappointing that Dyson, which boasts itself as a world-renowned brand, is so insensitive. I believe it is meaningless to wait months for a spare part for a brand with so many users, and I am very angry. Also, if I had known that I would have to wait for a spare part for so long, I would definitely not have bought Dyson. I do not recommend it to anyone. They leave their customers helpless. Such a shame.

So far, no one has contacted me. I have received messages like the one below multiple times before, but I have not received the product to this day. “Hello, you have an active order. It will be automatically sent to your address when our stocks are updated. Thank you for your understanding during this process, we are adding your urgency notes to the file. We wish you healthy days.” What you are doing is nothing but mocking your customer.
