The round piece at the joint of the digital motorbar sweeping head of the Dyson Gen 5 Detect wireless vacuum cleaner, which I bought from Dyson.com on December 6, 2023, fell off by itself on March 1, 2024. Since the vacuum cleaner head lost its maneuverability, I initiated a video call with customer service and created a record. They assured me that spare parts would be sent. However, despite 110 days passing, the spare part has not been shipped, and we have been unable to fully use the vacuum cleaner during this time. It's disgraceful that after paying 30,000 liras for a product, I wouldn't buy another Dyson vacuum and wouldn't recommend it to anyone if spare parts can't be provided promptly. If the spare part isn't sent immediately, I will maintain my complaint and escalate it to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Not providing spare parts for a high-cost product marketed as guaranteed is deceptive.
