Dyson V12 Vacuum Main Tube Broken, 18-Day Wait Without Replacement Part

We’ve been very happy with our Dyson V12 vacuum until the main connection tube broke, and now, that satisfaction is turning into regret. On September 12, 2024, I had a video call with Dyson Turkey representatives, and they confirmed the part order. However, after 18 days with no updates, I called them again on September 30. I was told they don't have the part in stock and that it would be coming from abroad with no clear arrival date. My vacuum is still under warranty, but even if it weren’t, Dyson is required by law to stock parts for 10 years. This open-ended waiting period is unacceptable. Please resolve this issue promptly.
