Dyson V15 Total Clean Vacuum Lacks Spare Parts and Service Left Me Disappointed

I bought the Dyson V15 Total Clean vacuum cleaner about a month ago for ₺26,000. Shortly after, I noticed that the vacuum cleaner’s pipe and body wouldn’t fit properly when attached, and they became stuck. I called customer service to explain the issue, and during a video call, they confirmed that the problem was with the pipe and promised to send a replacement. It has now been a month, and we’re still waiting for the new pipe. The V15 pipe is unavailable in Turkey, and there seems to be no plan to restock it. Essentially, Dyson cannot even provide parts to fix a defect caused by its manufacturing. Buying from this brand means accepting the reality of minimal spare parts and inadequate service. If the vacuum malfunctions again and needs servicing, I’ll likely be without it for months. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing.
