I purchased a Dyson V15 cordless vacuum, and at first, it worked perfectly fine. However, over time, the suction power gradually weakened until it barely picked up anything. I sent it to service twice, and each time, they claimed it was fixed, but the problem never went away.
Now, the vacuum has completely stopped working. When I press the trigger, nothing happens, and the brush head won’t spin. At first, I thought I could manage, but now it’s completely useless. Since the service center is far from my home, I hesitated to take it in again, but this issue has pushed me to my limit.
I do not want the same defective unit back. I demand a replacement. I bought Dyson for its quality, yet I’ve spent more time dealing with repairs than actually using the product. Dyson, is this the reliability you promise? Stop sending back broken vacuums and provide me with a working unit now!
