Battery Issue With My Dyson Vacuum Cleaner and Lack of Solution
The battery of my Dyson vacuum cleaner malfunctioned approximately one and a half months ago, and I reported the issue to the authorized service. Initially, I was told that the battery was in stock and would be shipped within three days. However, I never received any shipment. When I followed up, I was informed that the battery was actually out of stock and has still not been sent to me. During this process, I contacted customer service multiple times, but each time, I was simply told to wait without being offered a clear solution. As a brand known for high-end products, I expected faster and more customer-oriented service from Dyson. However, they sell products in our country without even ensuring the availability of spare parts, causing significant inconvenience to their customers. If you plan to buy a Dyson, I strongly suggest keeping a backup vacuum cleaner on hand. Additionally, after waiting for one and a half months, they absurdly offered me a service repair, which makes no sense. I request that the issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my battery be shipped to me immediately. I expect my grievance to be addressed without further delay.
