Dyson V15 Submarine Parts Lost During Warranty Service Shipment

I purchased a Dyson V15 Submarine vacuum cleaner from Teknosa, and I have been experiencing serious problems with the product and the after-sales service. The foot part of my vacuum broke, and on 29.07.2025, I created a request for this issue. Today is 05.01.2026, five months have passed, and the spare part has still not reached me. Each time I am told that there is no stock. During this period, my vacuum has been unusable. In addition to the broken foot part, the vacuum’s suction power has dropped significantly, and peeling has occurred by itself in the flower-patterned areas. I was told that they would send a new body, but I was not informed when this would happen, and I still do not know in how many months it will arrive. My spare part order tracking number is 42505299, but despite this, I am not receiving any concrete service or solution. I am extremely dissatisfied with the vacuum, the brand, and customer service. We knew Dyson as a company that stands behind its products, but in my experience, this has not been the case. My warranty period is about to end, yet I have received no service and have been left without a working device for months. I request that my problem be resolved urgently, that my device be made fully functional without any additional cost to me, and that the months I lost without being able to use the product be taken into account in a way that will not put me at a disadvantage. I expect a clear and rapid solution and, if necessary, product replacement so that I do not suffer any further.
