Dyson Fails to Replace Defective Submarine Head on My V15S Detect
I'd like to share the issue I'm experiencing with my V15S Detect Submarine vacuum cleaner, which I purchased from Dyson Ataşehir in February 2025. The Submarine head, used for wet cleaning, constantly comes loose when attached to the vacuum, and as a result, I haven't been able to use the product for two months. I contacted customer service on August 8th, and they told me an order had been placed for the defective part. However, since then, no shipment has been made due to it being out of stock and coming from abroad. During this period, I contacted customer service seven or eight times via WhatsApp and phone. Each time, I received the same response: The part is out of stock and will be sent when it arrives. However, I've been experiencing problems for two months, and I haven't been able to use the vacuum. My product is under warranty, and I haven't been charged any fees. I expect Dyson to replace and return the defective Submarine head or connection part as soon as possible. I request that this issue be resolved.

The lady I spoke to the last time I called, whose name I don't know, made me so angry that I almost b r o k e my Dyson vacuum cleaner at that moment. That's why I wrote to Şikayet Var, and after that, no one called me.
