Dyson V15 Vacuum Battery Issue
I'm writing to express my displeasure with the Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner I bought in March. Unfortunately, the vacuum has broken down, forcing me to contact technical support. On July 31, 2023, the service assured me that the required battery was in stock and would be delivered. However, the battery has yet to arrive as of August 8, 2023. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the battery was no longer in stock and that they couldn't give me an estimated delivery date. This response perplexes me because I questioned why they accepted my order if the item was out of stock. Dyson's lack of transparency and communication is truly disappointing. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service from a company that takes pride in its quality. I urgently require information on the battery's expected delivery date. Dyson's lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I've never seen a company take such a sloppy approach before.

You are not handling the issue with sensitivity and are providing a very bad experience. How is it possible that you cannot keep track of inventory? Everyone gives standard responses, but no one has told me when the battery will arrive.
