I purchased a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner in October 2023 from a Teknosa store in Istanbul. Shortly after I started using it, I began experiencing several issues: the wheel cracked, the paint started peeling in certain areas, and the rubber part on the daisy-shaped section began to deteriorate and peel off.
I contacted Dyson customer service, and they asked me to send the broken parts. However, I explained that I couldn’t locate them because I had recently moved houses. Regarding the paint peeling and rubber wear, I was told that these were “normal” conditions. I find it unacceptable that such problems are happening in such a short time, and I expect the brand to stand behind its product.
I believe the product should still be under warranty, and I request that the broken parts be replaced and that Dyson offer a solution for the paint and rubber issues. I have all my invoice and purchase details, and the product was purchased using a credit card.
