Dyson V15 Submarine Parts Lost During Warranty Service Shipment

On 02.12.2025, I sent my Dyson V15 Submarine vacuum cleaner in two separate parts to the authorized Dyson service center for warranty repair via Yurtiçi Kargo from Karaman. However, since that day, neither I nor the service center has been able to locate my products. Despite calling the service and customer support multiple times and submitting several requests, no one has taken responsibility for the issue, and no solution has been offered.

When I contacted the shipping company, I was informed that both parts of my product were delivered to a Dyson employee identified as O* K***. When I reported this to Dyson, I was told that my shipment was returned because an item was “missing,” and that the other shipment—containing the motor assembly of the machine—could not be found. In other words, part of my device is missing, and I have not received any clear explanation regarding its whereabouts.

I trusted the Dyson brand and its service quality when purchasing this product. However, this is the second failure I have experienced with the device, and despite being without my product for nearly 10 days, I have not received a single meaningful update. Customer service only creates support tickets without following the process or informing me in any way.

I urgently request that the missing part of my product be located immediately, that the repair process be handled transparently, that my grievance be resolved, and that I receive a clear, written explanation regarding what happened to my shipment.
