Dyson V15 Broke Twice in a Year – Faulty Repairs & No Support

I purchased a Dyson V15, and within less than a year, it has broken down twice. The first time, I sent it for service due to a burning smell and a faulty brush head. They claimed nothing was wrong and returned it, saying the brush head was replaced—but when I checked, it hadn’t been changed at all.

Four months later, the brush started squeaking, damaging carpets, and the side silicone had detached. I sent it in again, and they told me the entire body would be replaced, but their explanations kept changing. First, they said only the Gold model would be sent, then I received a report saying only the silicone part would be changed. When I followed up, they claimed that everything except the filter, battery, and dustbin would be replaced.

After waiting 10 days (despite being told it would be repaired in 3), I finally received the unit—only to find the brush head was untouched and still defective. Even worse, the device was returned with missing screws, and the ones that were there were barely attached!

I have been patient and did not demand a replacement before, but after repeated poor service and a failed repair, I now refuse any further fixes. I demand a full device replacement immediately. I contacted customer service, sent photos, and requested urgent action. They promised a response in 24 hours, but I’m still waiting. Dyson, fix this now—replace my defective unit! I will not accept another failed repair!
