I purchased the Dyson V15 just 1.5 years ago, and it has been nothing but disappointment. Despite its premium price, the product has failed to meet expectations. Initially, the main body had an air leakage issue from the cyclones, which led to a replacement of the main body under warranty. However, the replacement unit started to show severe wear within less than a year, even with minimal use. The connection point where the tube attaches now wobbles dangerously, making me afraid it will break while in use.
When I previously sent the vacuum for servicing, it was returned in a worse condition—many parts arrived damaged. Now, despite my warranty still being valid, Dyson has the audacity to demand additional payment to address the issue. Their customer service is unhelpful, and their handling of warranty claims is appalling.
While they seem eager to send products to influencers for promotional purposes, their regular customers are left frustrated and unsupported. I have lost trust in this brand and would advise others to avoid Dyson. It’s clear they prioritize marketing over product reliability. Dyson must address this problem immediately, but I’m not optimistic about any resolution.
