My Dyson V15 vacuum, which hasn’t even reached its first year, had a part of its dustbin break. I contacted the help center and received live support, where the representative confirmed the breakage during a video call and placed an order for a new part. During the same call, I mentioned that a part from one of the vacuum heads had broken off as well. They told me that I would need to glue it myself, as they couldn't provide assistance for that issue.
It's been 1.5 months since that call, and I still haven’t received the replacement dustbin. In the meantime, I've been borrowing my neighbor's dustbin every few days to clean my home. As for the vacuum head, I’ve glued the broken piece three times, and eventually, I just threw it away. Dyson portrays itself as a world-class brand and flaunts how effortlessly they provide after-sales support to influencers, yet for regular consumers like me, they offer little to no help. I deeply regret my purchase and wish I had chosen another, more reliable brand at half the cost. Dyson has been nothing but a disappointment.
