I bought the Dyson V15 Wet and Dry vacuum cleaner just 6 months ago, and it’s already giving me multiple issues. The device shows visible peeling, seems to be leaking air, and has started making an unusually loud noise during operation. These are not minor inconveniences—they affect both the performance and overall user experience of what’s supposed to be a premium product.
When I contacted Dyson customer service, their response shocked me. They dismissed all of these problems as “normal” and offered no real help. So apparently, in Dyson’s world, a product breaking down in half a year and sounding like a tractor is perfectly acceptable?
I trusted Dyson because of its reputation as a “global leader” in quality and innovation. But when it comes to customer support and accountability, they act like a small shop with no standards. The contrast between the brand image and the actual service is honestly insulting.
I paid a significant amount—₺—for a product I expected to last years, not months. Dyson, this is not how a respected company behaves. If you won’t take responsibility, I’ll be forced to take this matter to court. We live in a country governed by law, and I fully intend to pursue my rights through legal channels.
