I am facing an unresolved issue with my KYC process on FamPay. My KYC document was rejected around 28 November with the reason shown as “document not match.” After this rejection, my KYC has not been completed, and I have been unable to move forward. When I contacted FamPay customer support, they informed me that there are four KYC attempts, and all of my attempts have been exhausted because of a document mismatch. However, they did not provide me with any clear solution or alternative to complete my KYC and only told me to wait for a few days, without any concrete resolution. I request that FamPay allow me to re-upload my documents or reset my KYC attempts so that I can successfully complete the verification. I expect a clear and workable solution to this issue as soon as possible.
