I’ve owned my Dyson V12 for exactly three years, and from day one, it’s been a constant headache. The vacuum has been sent to service at least five separate times, which is all officially recorded. And now, it won’t even power on.
Just two days ago, I handed it over to the authorized service center, and today they called to say it needs both a battery and filter replacement, totaling over ₺7000. After all I’ve already been through with this vacuum, I’m hesitant to pay that much because it feels like this device is built to fail.
I barely had time to use it without issues because it was constantly breaking down or being repaired. For a product that’s marketed as one of the most premium cordless vacuums on the market, this is completely unacceptable.
I’m tired of the stress, the repeated breakdowns, and the time wasted on service visits. Whether I go through with this repair or not, I plan to escalate the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Enough is enough—I shouldn't be forced to spend this much money and effort just to keep a high-end vacuum operational.
