My Dyson V12 cordless vacuum constantly turns off during use—an issue Dyson previously confirmed requires replacing the main body. Initially, when I contacted Dyson support, they verified this malfunction and agreed the main unit needed replacement. Now they're demanding I pay for the repair simply because I had to be away for two months and couldn't follow up immediately. This vacuum is still under warranty, yet Dyson unfairly insists on charging me after already confirming the issue!
I spent a significant amount of money (₺) trusting Dyson’s supposed quality and reliability, and now I'm stuck with a vacuum that repeatedly shuts off, becoming nearly unusable. Dyson has completely disappointed me—this is unacceptable customer service. Dyson must immediately replace the faulty main body at no cost.
