I purchased my Dyson Supersonic hair dryer from Dyson’s official website last year, and the product is still under warranty. Last night while using it, the device suddenly stopped about five seconds after I turned it on. When I moved the cable, it started working again, but then stopped once more shortly afterward, and I began to smell a slight burning odor.
I am seriously concerned that there may be an electrical issue with the cable or the device itself, and especially worried about the risk of electric shock. I request that my product be replaced with a brand-new unit under warranty to ensure it does not pose any safety risk.
Since I felt that my previous attempts did not receive sufficient attention, I am submitting this complaint here and kindly request a prompt response.
