Earlier today, while plugging in my corded Dyson vacuum cleaner to clean the house, the plug suddenly exploded. The moment I inserted it into the outlet, a fireball shot out, causing damage to the cable and leaving burn marks on the wall. I barely managed to unplug it in fear, as it exploded dangerously close to my face. This incident has made me afraid to even use my other Dyson stick vacuum.
This is more than just a product defect—it’s a serious fire and safety hazard. I’ve already sent this vacuum for service multiple times, but I am tired of dealing with these issues. I demand an immediate replacement. If Dyson fails to act, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. This is completely unacceptable.
