Dyson Charging Adapter Not Delivered For 3 Months - Unresolved Issues

I have been experiencing significant issues with the product I purchased from Dyson approximately a year ago, which is still under warranty. Three months ago, when my charging adapter malfunctioned, I contacted Dyson customer service and was informed that a new adapter would be sent. However, a week later, I was told that the product was out of stock and my order was canceled. Subsequently, I reapplied, and during this process, a new software-related problem emerged with my device: when pressing the button, it doesn’t operate immediately and only starts after several attempts. I reported this issue to customer service, and it was decided to send the product for servicing. The product was taken in for service, and acknowledging the software issue, the device’s body was replaced. However, the charging adapter was still not sent. Moreover, the newly attached body differs from my previous one; the font and on-screen text style are different, resembling the body of the V12 model. This raises concerns about the originality and compatibility of my device. I urgently request the resolution of my three-month-long charging adapter issue, the provision of a compatible charging adapter, and a detailed explanation regarding the originality and compatibility of the newly attached body. I expected a more prompt and customer-focused approach from a brand like Dyson.
