Dyson Sent Incomplete Airwrap Replacement - Missing Main Device

I was informed that my Dyson Airwrap device would be replaced with the new model, and within this scope, the product was shipped and delivered to me. However, the package only contained one brush attachment and one curl attachment — the main body of the device was not included. When I contacted Dyson support, I was told that my original device had been sent for recycling and that the new model is currently out of stock. They said it would be shipped to me once it's back in stock. In the meantime, I only have the attachments, which are completely useless without the main device. As a customer, I am experiencing a serious inconvenience. Sending only the attachments without the device body is meaningless. Delivering an incomplete product and saying "we'll send the rest when it's in stock" does not align with your brand’s standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Therefore, I request that a prompt solution be provided to resolve this issue.
