I purchased a Dyson Airwrap directly from Dyson’s official website, expecting everything to arrive as advertised. After using the product a few times, the indicator light began blinking—signaling that it was time for a cleaning. That’s when I realized the cleaning brush, which should have been included in the box, was missing entirely.
I double-checked the packaging and the contents to be sure. There was no cleaning brush anywhere. How can such a premium product be shipped incomplete? Dyson promotes itself as a high-quality brand, yet I’m now stuck with an incomplete set that I paid full price for.
This is unacceptable. I shouldn't have to chase down missing parts for a luxury beauty device. I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of attention to detail in the fulfillment process and am disappointed in Dyson’s quality control.
I demand that Dyson send me the missing cleaning brush immediately. I expect better from a company of this caliber. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible so I can use my Airwrap properly without risking damage to the device.
