My Dyson Airwrap Didn’t Include the Filter Cleaning Brush and I Can’t Use It Properly

I purchased a Dyson Airwrap (model D), but the filter cleaning brush was missing from the box. Either it wasn’t included at all, or it was placed somewhere so poorly that I didn’t see it and may have thrown it away unknowingly. Regardless, I now can’t use the device effectively, because the performance has noticeably dropped, and I’m unable to clean the filter properly without the right tool.

I’ve tried to request a replacement, but Dyson doesn’t seem to provide a straightforward way to reorder this small but essential part. A product in this price range should come with every promised accessory, and replacement parts should be easy to obtain.

Dyson, I need your urgent support in sending me the missing filter brush. Without it, I can’t maintain the product or get the full performance I paid for. Please address this immediately.
