I purchased a Dyson Airwrap from Dyson's official store on Saturday, under the same price and style conditions as shown on Dyson's own website. On the product page, it was clearly indicated that the product would come with a travel bag, hair clips and a brush. However, when my order was delivered, only the brush was included, and the travel bag and hair clips were missing. I contacted Dyson customer service to report this issue, but the responses I received were disrespectful in both tone and behaviour, which made the whole experience even more disappointing for me.
