3.5 months ago, I placed an order for the Dyson Gen5 Detect, and it arrived in my hands within three days. However, my excitement turned into frustration when I discovered a fault in the carpet cleaning head during the first use. I immediately contacted customer service, and they assured me a replacement head would be sent as soon as possible, citing temporary stock unavailability.

Now, here comes the bombshell. Almost 3.5 months later, I'm still waiting for the replacement head. Despite Dyson claiming they would dispatch it once their stock was replenished, they managed to deplete their inventory without fulfilling my order or providing any updates. This has been a terrible 3.5-month ordeal with Dyson's mismanagement.

I'm sharing this dreadful experience with a company that not only failed to offer a replacement for their faulty product but also ignored my continuous attempts to address the issue. Whether it's their refusal to exchange the defective item, the lack of resolution over 3.5 months, the inconsistency in order processing, or the cancellation without notice a month after placing the order – Dyson's handling has been irresponsible.

Attempting to speak to a responsible party resulted in the absurd response, "We cannot transfer you to a supervisor." A company of such stature struggling to send a replacement head from their supplier for 3.5 months is beyond comprehension.

I'm lost on what to do. "We're taking notes; it's an urgent matter" is their refrain, yet nothing changes. My pleas for them to take back the product and send a new one fall on deaf ears. "We don't have the authority" is their response. The post-purchase customer service is abysmal, and the evaluation surveys are mere eyewash. They respond promptly only to avoid immediate backlash.

For a product worth 27,000 ₺, I've been unable to use it for 3.5 months. Dyson's customer service, support representatives, or emailed complaints have not led to any resolution. The whole experience has left me utterly frustrated and helpless.

Dear readers, if you ever consider placing an order, especially for Dyson's latest product, think twice. Next step: Consumer Arbitration Board. If anyone wants to experience a financial disaster, working with Dyson is the way to go. My money is far from being considered well-spent. I will publicly share all WhatsApp conversations and order cancellations. Dyson is nothing but a regret.

You definitely seem like a company that responds only for advertising purposes here. When they respond, they don't solve any problems, friends. Don't be fooled. In my eyes, you are now just a fraud.
