I have been waiting for over six months for a replacement carpet brush head for my Dyson Gen5 vacuum cleaner, but it is still out of stock. The wheels on my brush head broke, and when I contacted Dyson customer service, they simply told me to keep using it as is. However, because of the missing wheels, the vacuum tube has also sustained damage.

It is unacceptable that Dyson, a brand claiming to offer the best innovation in its field, cannot even provide basic spare parts for its latest model. If a product is not fully functional without a specific part, then that part should be readily available. I do not want to continue using my vacuum without the proper brush head—I expect a real solution immediately!
